1. Who We Are

OnePageStatus ("we", "us", "our") is an uptime monitoring and status page service and a trading name of Christchurch Web Solutions Limited. Our website is onepagestatus.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (if provided)
• Authentication data (via GitHub OAuth or magic link)

Service Data

When you use our service, we collect:

• URLs you configure for monitoring
• HTTP response data from monitored URLs (status codes, response times)
• Incident and maintenance records you create
• Status page configuration and branding choices

Subscriber Data

When visitors subscribe to a status page, we collect their email address. Subscribers must verify their email via double opt-in before receiving notifications. Every notification includes an unsubscribe link.

Payment Data

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• Authentication cookies — essential cookies to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent.
• Supabase session cookies — used to maintain your authenticated session.

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the monitoring and status page service
• To send you alert notifications when monitors go down or recover
• To send subscribers incident and maintenance notifications
• To send SSL certificate expiry warnings
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU, London region). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is protected by Row Level Security policies ensuring users can only access their own data.

5. Data Retention

• Check data: Raw monitoring checks are retained for 30 days (free) or 90 days (Pro/Team), then automatically deleted. Aggregated daily statistics are retained indefinitely.
• Account data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Subscriber data: Retained until the subscriber unsubscribes or the status page owner deletes their account.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for optional processing

7. Third-Party Services
