Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 March 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using OnePageStatus ("the Service"), a trading name of Christchurch Web Solutions Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
OnePageStatus provides uptime monitoring and public status page hosting. We monitor URLs you configure and display their status on a public page. We send notifications to you and your subscribers when service status changes.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One person or entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted on Free or Pro plans.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to monitor URLs you do not own or have permission to monitor.
- Abuse the monitoring infrastructure (e.g. setting unreasonably low check intervals to generate excessive load on third-party servers).
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited notifications.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls.
- Resell the Service without written permission.
5. Plans & Payment
- Free plan: Limited to 1 monitor, 2 regions, 25 subscribers. No payment required.
- Pro plan: Billed monthly at the published price. Includes expanded limits as described on the pricing page.
- Team plan: Billed monthly. Includes team collaboration features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
6. Service Level
We aim to provide reliable monitoring with checks running at the configured intervals. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of the monitoring service itself. Monitoring checks are performed on a best-effort basis from multiple geographic regions.
Status pages are served via Vercel's global CDN and are designed to remain available even if the monitoring infrastructure experiences issues.
7. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
8. Subscriber Notifications
When visitors subscribe to your status page, they consent to receive email notifications about incidents and maintenance. All subscriber emails include an unsubscribe link. You are responsible for ensuring your status page content is accurate and not misleading.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create (monitor names, incident updates, status page branding). We retain ownership of the OnePageStatus software, design, and brand.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your monitoring data, status pages, and subscriber lists are permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
OnePageStatus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from missed monitoring checks, delayed notifications, or status page downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
